How do I receive my kit?
Everything we sell is digital. Straight after a successful payment you get an email with your personal download link. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.
Which file formats do I get?
That is listed on each product page, along with the software you need to open and edit the documents. Check it before you buy so you know it fits how you work.
Can I edit the documents and add my own branding?
Yes. The kits are meant to be customised — add your name, your rates, your terms and your logo. You just cannot resell the documents themselves as templates.
Can I use one kit with more than one client?
Yes. One purchase covers unlimited use inside your own business, with as many clients as you like.
Can I pay with iDEAL?
Yes. At checkout you choose iDEAL and pay in euros through your own bank. The other methods we accept are shown at checkout and in the footer.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Because you receive the files immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away and that your statutory 14-day withdrawal right lapses. If a file does not work or your order is wrong, email us — we will fix it or refund you. See our refund policy.
