These terms of sale govern every purchase contract between you and Client Onboarding Kits, trading name of Adil Derral, 38 Rue la Bourdonnais, 93600 Aulnay-sous-Bois, France.

They describe how an order is formed and what each side's rights and obligations are. Rules about using the website and the licence on our kits are in our terms of service.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store. You accept them when you confirm your order. Differing terms apply only where we have confirmed them in writing.

2. The offer

Every offer on the website is non-binding and valid while displayed. Each product page states:

the full list of documents included in the kit;
the file format and the software required;
the price in euros;
that it is an instant digital download.

We take care to display everything accurately. Where an offer contains an obvious error — for example a clearly incorrect price — we are not bound by it and may cancel the order with a full refund.

3. Formation of the contract

You add one or more kits to your cart.
At checkout you see a summary of your order with the total price including any VAT, before you confirm.
You confirm the order and complete payment. This is the point at which you enter into a payment obligation.
The contract is formed once we have sent you the order confirmation by email.

If you are charged but receive no order confirmation, contact us.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are in euros (EUR). Any VAT due is calculated at checkout based on your country and displayed before you confirm. No shipping costs are charged, since nothing is shipped physically. You receive an invoice with your order confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made in full in advance, using the methods shown at checkout, including iDEAL for customers in the Netherlands. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we neither receive nor store bank or card details. We deliver only after payment has succeeded.

6. Delivery

Delivery is digital only. Immediately after a successful payment you receive a download link by email. See our delivery policy for timings and what to do if nothing arrives.

7. Right of withdrawal

For digital content delivered immediately, a statutory exception to the 14-day right of withdrawal applies. At checkout you expressly agree that:

delivery begins immediately after payment, and
your right of withdrawal therefore lapses once the download is available.

You cannot complete the order without that agreement. The cases in which we refund you regardless are set out in our refund policy.

8. Conformity and warranty

We deliver a kit that matches the description on its product page. If it does not, if a file is corrupted, or if documents are missing, we put it right free of charge — by supplying a working file or, if that is not possible, by refunding you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

9. Your obligations as buyer

You provide a correct email address at checkout; delivery goes there.
You check before purchase that you can open the file format stated.
You use the kit within the licence set out in our terms of service.

10. Cancellation by us

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, where there is an obvious pricing error, or where a product is no longer available. You then receive a full refund through the same payment method, at no cost.

11. Complaints and disputes

Report complaints about an order within a reasonable time to lokan.unola@atomicmail.io, quoting your order number. We confirm within 24 hours on business days and aim to resolve the matter within 14 days.

If we cannot reach agreement, you may submit your dispute to the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

French law applies to these terms of sale. As a consumer you retain the mandatory protection of the law of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your own place of residence.
