This delivery policy applies to all orders placed with Client Onboarding Kits, operated by Adil Derral, 38 Rue la Bourdonnais, 93600 Aulnay-sous-Bois, France.
1. Digital delivery only
All our products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped physically. You will not receive a parcel, no delivery address is required, and no shipping costs are charged.
2. How you receive your order
- You complete payment at checkout.
- Immediately after a successful payment you receive two emails: an order confirmation and an email containing your personal download link.
- You click the link and download your files.
3. Delivery time

4. File formats and requirements
Each product page states which files you receive, in which format, and which software you need to open and edit them. Please check this before purchasing so you know the kit fits how you work.
5. No email received?
Do the following:
- Check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder.
- Check that you entered the correct email address at checkout.
- Still nothing? Email lokan.unola@atomicmail.io with your order number. We resend the link within 24 hours on business days.
6. Problems with a download
Is a file corrupted or incomplete? Contact us — we send a new link free of charge. If we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a refund under our refund policy.
7. International orders
Because nothing is shipped physically, there are no customs duties, import charges or international delivery costs. Any VAT due is calculated at checkout based on your country and shown before you pay.
