These terms cover use of this website and the licence you receive with our products. The terms of the purchase contract itself — ordering, prices, payment, delivery, withdrawal — are set out in our terms of sale.

1. Who we are

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Using the website

You may use this website to browse and buy our products. You may not:

  • scrape or copy the website or parts of it by automated means;
  • attempt to access areas of the website not intended for you;
  • interfere with the operation of the website.

3. Our products

We sell digital client onboarding kits: welcome packs, intake questionnaires, kickoff checklists, scope and boundary templates, and similar documents. Each product page describes exactly which documents are included, the file format, and the software you need.

Our documents are templates, not legal advice. They are written as practical starting points, not as contracts vetted for any particular jurisdiction. Where a document touches on payment terms, liability, scope or cancellation, have it checked against the law that applies to you and your client before you rely on it. We do not guarantee any commercial outcome.

4. Licence: what you may do with a kit

On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence. You may:

  • use the documents inside your own business, including commercially;
  • edit, rebrand and adapt them — add your own name, logo, rates and terms;
  • send the customised documents to your own clients, with no limit on how many;
  • keep using them indefinitely, including after this store closes.

You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, share or publish the documents as templates;
  • offer them, in whole or substantially unchanged, as your own product — including inside a course, membership or template shop;
  • share your download link or account access with others.

The short version: use them freely with your clients, but do not sell the templates themselves. If you are unsure whether your intended use is covered, email us and we will confirm.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our kits is protected by copyright and remains the property of Adil Derral. The licence in clause 4 transfers no ownership.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or consequential damage, nor for decisions you or your clients take on the basis of a document. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, or where mandatory consumer law does not permit it.

7. Termination

In the event of a serious breach of the licence terms — for example reselling a kit — we may withdraw the licence. You must then stop using the documents and delete the files. This does not affect our right to claim damages.

8. Complaints

Have a complaint? Email lokan.unola@atomicmail.io with your order number. We confirm within 24 hours on business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot reach agreement, you can use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Applicable law

French law applies to these terms. As a consumer you retain the mandatory protection of the law of the country in which you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are always those in force at the time you ordered.
